Hello! I was hoping to have a video uploaded for you today (well, actually last week, but I've been trying hard today! LOL!) I am so technology challenged... I watched my husband upload the last one (which I couldn't figure out), and I've tried and tried today, but for some reason, I don't think I have it saved as the right kind of file. <sigh> Oh well, when he comes home next weekend, I'll get him to walk me through it once again!
It's just as well, because now I can upload today's color challenge from Splitcoaststampers! It is CC245 if you'd like to check out other creations using the colors Real Red, Always Artichoke, and Chocolate Chip. Always Artichoke is one of those colors that gets ignored in my stamp room... for me, everything is always in Old Olive... so this was a great challenge for me! The trees from Patterned Pines stamp set were inked up in Artichoke on a whisper white Top Note Die Cut piece, and the edges were sponged in artichoke, too. The Real Red mat was run through the Big Shot using the Perfect Details Texturz Plate. Though you can't see it well in the photo, it is gorgeous IRL! For the Christmas Tree topper, I took a medium red rhinestone out of the metal bracket and attached it to the tree using a mini glue dot. A piece of Artichoke grosgrain ribbon adds the perfect finishing touch!
