It's Sunday... time for a scrapbooking layout! This page uses retired colors and DSP, but I just love it & had to share. If you click on the photo, you can see it closer. It tells the story about how my 10 year old daughter has always been a Momma's Girl, and I mean ALWAYS! On our visit to DC, we came up out of the subway and I reached for her hand to cross the street, (which she would never normally refuse), and after holding my hand for a split second, she dropped it and raced ahead to hold her daddy's hand. It was so sweet, but honestly it broke my heart a little. I guess I have to share her adoration. :-)
The letters are die cut with the Big Shot and Go-Go Boots Alphabet Dies in Chocolate Chip Cardstock, and the edges of the DSP are sponged in Chocolate Chip Classic Ink. The "ribbon" in the corduroy buttons is actually a sliver of cardstock tied in a knot. Clever, huh?Have a great day!
