Today's project is made with the new Vintage Vogue stamp set, coming out next week in the Occasions Mini Catalog! Ooh, I'm so excited for that catalog to go "live"! The clear mount stamps are just the best! When I saw the large flower in this stamp set, it screamed Rock & Roll Technique to me, but when I tried to roll it in the darker ink, I wasn't pleased with how it came out, and ink kept getting on the edges of the rubber. So, I pulled out my sponge daubers, which creates a much softer look. Watch the following video to see how I made this card:
Isn't it pretty? I love the new Sweet Pea DSP with this stamp set. I think in the video, I said that it is a huge paper pack, but I didn't know how many 12 x 12 sheets... well, it is a pack of 48 sheets total: 2 each of 24 double-sided designs. This pack will last a long time! If it is more paper than you think you'll need, I'm offering a paper split of all of the new DSP in the Mini Catalog: 36 sheets of 6 x 6 for only $11.95, which includes shipping.
