Happy Monday! Did you have a good weekend? We had a great one, filled with friends from out of town and baseball. And it is finally starting to feel like Fall around here!
As always, I like to start my Monday off with a great sketch from Mojo Monday, & I was thrilled with the sketch today! I knew instantly what I wanted to do with it, which doesn't happen very often!
I really love the fact that you can make a Christmas Tree with the Pennant Parade stamp set, & I thought it would be adorable as the main image on this project. I just got the Frostwood Lodge DSP, so I couldn't wait to use it!
I stamped the tree on Whisper White cardstock & punched it out with the 1 3/4" Circle Punch. It was a bit bigger than the circle, so I stamped the green part of the tree again on scratch paper & punched it out with the Pennant Punch, then popped it up on Dimensionals. I added Dazzling Details to the decorations on the tree, though it didn't photograph well.
The white mat was run through the Big Shot in the Snow Burst Embossing Folder, new in the Holiday Mini Catalog. I then spritzed it with Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint mixed with rubbing alcohol. Very shimmery IRL!

Love your card. I like how you used the penant stamp for the Christmas tree and that it goes outside the circle. Your bow is awesome. TFS
