Ooh, there's nothing like getting your stamping mojo going than by using a Mojo Sketch! This is #146, & I have to say that I am digging my card!
I pulled out an old friend that I haven't inked up in a while, Eastern Blooms. I chose to ink the large flower stamp in Pumpkin Pie and Pear Pizzazz to match my Greenhouse Garden DSP.
The edges of the oval (die cut with the Scalloped Oval Die) were sponged with Baja Breeze ink. I wanted it to go in on my card a bit, so I started swirling off the edge of the oval & swirled onto the oval, so I wouldn't put too much ink right on the oval at first. I kept doing that until I had the depth of color that I wanted.
Those new pearls were just begging to be used on this project, so I used the Itty Bitty Shapes Flower Punch and added the pearls to the centers for shine & dimension on the card. Love it!
The sentiment is from another neglected set in my collection... Fresh Cuts. It was inked in Chocolate Chip, punched with the Small Oval Punch, matted with a Pumpkin Pie Large Oval, & popped up on Dimensionals. Perfect!
