Hello! I'm so sorry for my long absence, but things have been a bit crazy since I last posted! As you know, I was scheduled to be induced on December 28th, but over the Christmas weekend, I noticed a growing bruise on my leg. I went to the doctor on the 27th, assuming it would be nothing, but it turned out to be a Deep Vein Thrombosis (clot), so I was immediately admitted to the hospital & my induction was postponed. As you can imagine, I was devestated. They ended up inducing me on the 29th, but I could only be off of the blood thinners for 6 hours, so at that point, they decided to do a C-Section. Another devestating blow. I ended up being in the hospital for 7 days, just got home on Monday, & have had house guests ever since. Phew!
The great news though, is that Lilah Dalton Fitzgerald was born on the 29th, weighing in at 8 lbs 10 oz. She is perfect and we are madly in love with this little girl!
I haven't had a chance to stamp at all since before her birth (obviously), but I hope to get back to it very soon. If you are in my stamp club, this month's projects will be a little late, but I will get to them as quickly as I can. In the mean time, I have a photo of our little angel to share with you:

She is 1 week old today, but this photo was when she was about 2 days old in the hospital.

The new Occasions Mini Catalog is now LIVE!!! Click on the photo to see it, or on the catalogs pic on the right side bar. If you would like your own copy of the catty & don't already have another demonstrator, click here to email your address to me. If I told you I would send one & you haven't received it yet, I apologize, it will be on the way very soon!
I hope you had a Happy New Year & that this year will be full of good health and happiness for you & your family!
