Today's project is a Halloween scrapbook layout that was inspired by a layout I saw in an issue of Scrapbooks Etc. I loved the 2 inch squares of patterned paper across the bottom of the page, so I decided to recreate it for my Halloween photos.

Ooh, I can't wait to get my photos printed & on these pages!
For the title, I stamped "spooky" in Versamark, sprinkled Heat & Stick Powder on top, then heated with my heat tool. It turns into a glue, so I sprinkled my orange glitter on top, & heated again to set it. Love it!

Hello! Today I have the rest of the scrapbook pages that I made for my friend, Michelle, who adopted a little girl named Annie. Click here to see the first 5 pages.
This layout is a great way to use up your scraps!
I thought this page with the numbers and the little owl might be a place for her preschool photos or pictures of her looking at books.
This is the back page of the book. There are plenty of blank pages in the album for Michelle to add her own pages. She comes to my scrapbooking classes, so she'll have lots of other pages to add!
I hope you enjoyed these pages.
Click here to see the complete lists of retiring Stampin' Up! stamps, accessories, and Definitely Decorative products! All stamps will be available until June 30th, but the accessories are only available while supplies last! Don't miss out!

Today, I am so excited to share some of the pages that I made for my friend, Michelle, who adopted a little girl from Thailand last year. The just had her Christened, so I wanted to make something special as a gift. Michelle is just getting into scrapbooking, so I made an album with 10 pages, all ready for her photos.
**Click photos to enlarge**
Annie is almost 3, so I didn't want to make it too baby-ish, so I though the Play Date DSP would be perfect for this album. It really ties all of the pages together.
On this page, I used the adorable Greeting Card Kids stamp set, thinking it would be a cute page for photos of Annie with her brother and family.
On these pages, I used the brand new Pennant Parade stamp set and Pennant Punch for the title, along with the Sweet Shoppe Upper and Lower Alphabet sets. The colors got blown out in the bright sunshine in the photo. :-(
The flower was made with the awesome Fun Flowers Die. I felted the flower and used a Build-a-Brad as the center.
I hope you enjoyed seeing these pages! I'll have the rest of the album to show you tomorrow.

Thanks so much for stopping by,
Today for you I am sharing the double page layout that my scrapbook gals will do tomorrow in class. It is a bright & cheery layout, perfect for any spring event!
I usually use lots of Big Shot Dies on my scrapbook pages and not a lot of stamping, so this month I wanted to stamp my title. The Lovely Letters stamp set is perfect with the circle punches.
My journaling block got a scalloped edge treatment from the Brights DSP paper pack, and the pretty little flower is from the Awash with Flowers stamp set, which was inked in Staz On & colored with Blender Pens. The pretty die cut butterfly (of course I had to use the Big Shot!) has a sparkly body, thanks to the Basic Rhinestones.
I made the flower embellishment with the Fancy Flower Punch. Click here to see a video tutorial on how to make one.
Today my son is performing in a dance production put on by the Richmond Ballet. Each year, they work with the 4th graders in 20 schools, teaching them some dance numbers all year long, then at the end of the year, all of the schools come together on a giant stage & dance. It is an amazing sight to see, & all of the kids love it, even the boys that are "too cool" to dance (like mine). Hopefully I'll have a photo or video of it to share tomorrow!

Ooh, I'm doing the happy dance right now!!! I was so excited to get my sneak peek items from the Summer Mini Catalog (out May 1st), and I just couldn't wait to scrapbook with the Summer Splash stamp set! I've never owned a summer-themed stamp set, & this one is too cute!
How cute are these images? Perfect for our annual family beach trip pix!
I inked the stamps with ink pads or markers & punched out the 3 circles with the 1 3/4" circle punch. Have you ever heard the rule of 3's for embellishing? Basically, you should have 3 embellishments or groups of embellishments on your layout in a triangle shape, to draw your eye around the page or pages. Those 3 circles do the trick!
My title was stamped with the Sweet Shoppe alphabet stamps and the adorable surf board stamp. Then I added a strip of DSP at the bottom, tied the sneak peek Early Espresso/ White Bakers Twine around it 3 times, then added a Brights Button with the Twine tied through.
Stampin' Up! Supplies:
STAMPS: Summer Splash (*available May 1* 123037 clear mount or 123035 wood), Sweet Shoppe Upper Alphabet (120582 clear mount or 118722 wood), Sweet Shoppe Lower Alphabet (120648 clear mount or 120272 wood)
CARDSTOCK: Sahara Sand 12 x 12" (119946), Tempting Turquoise (102067), Whisper White (100730), Daffodil Delight (119683)
INK: Pacific Point (111837), Pumpkin Pie (105216), Tempting Turquoise (100814)
MARKERS: Pacific Point (120968), Pumpkin Pie (105115), Tempting Turquoise (100058), Melon Mambo (121074), Old Olive (100079), Daffodil Delight (119677)
ACCESSORIES: Brights Patterns DSP (117155), Brights Buttons (119747), Early Espresso/ White Bakers Twine (123124 *avail. 5/1*), Corner Rounder Punch (119871), 1 3/4" Circle Punch (119850), Round Tab Punch (119864)
I really have the scrapbooking bug right now, so I hope to have more layouts to share with you soon!
Have a wonderful weekend, & thanks for stopping by!
Phew, it is good to be home! I do not know how people drive their cars or trucks for hours at a time for a living. I drove my daughter 5 hours to Charlotte on Friday for a TaeKwonDo tournament, and drove back home Saturday afternoon. It is so exhausting! Ciara did really well in the tournament, though she did not place. There were around 675 people competing yesterday! It was a great experience for both of us.
Today I have a scrapbook layout to share with you. I have really gotten behind in my scrapbooking, even though I teach a scrapbooking class each month. I've been designing layouts & not adding photos! So this month, I decided to use our awesome Build A Cupcake punch and do a birthday layout of my son's party last year:
This page was a lot of busy work with all of those cupcakes, circles, scallop ovals, and die cut letters, but I think the effort was totally worth it. (Click to enlarge.)
For my border at the top of the page, I used the awesome Tasteful Trim Die for the Big Shot. This die cuts several different designs in 12 inch lengths! This is a must have for any scrapbooker.
I used my Celebrations DSP for my color inspiration, & it is perfect for boys or girls.
Stampin' Up! Supplies:
CARDSTOCK: Real Red (102482), Bashful Blue (105120), Pacific Point (111350), Pear Pizzaz (119795), Whisper White (100730), Crumb Cake 12 x 12 (119929)
ACCESSORIES: Celebrations DSP (117164), Big Shot Die Cutting Machine (113439), Tasteful Trim Die (120893), Billboard Alphabet Decorative Strip Die (114510), Top Note Die (113463), Scallop Edge Border Punch (119882), Scallop Oval Punch (119856), Build A Cupcake Punch (121807), 1 3/4" Circle Punch (119850)

I have been scrapbooking for about 15 years & I really love it, & it is actually the reason that I discovered Stampin' Up! I went to a Christmas craft show a few years ago, & I saw a Stampin' Up! booth there. I really just wanted the Idea Book and Catalog for scrapbooking inspiration, but the demonstrator (my awesome upline, Catherine) had a really cool card on display that she was doing in an upcoming class, so I decided to take the class... & then I was hooked!
Making cards is instant gratification, quick and easy, whereas scrapbooking is a longer process. I still love both though, even though I don't find enough time to scrapbook these days.
Today's project is a scrapbook page that I made for my newsletter last month, & it features the Valentine Defined stamp set.
Ack, look at my long hair! LOL!
This page was really quick and easy, because I started with the embossed page from the Love Impressions DSP. I added a mat for my photos & made my title with the Framed Tulips Embossing folder (click photo to enlarge), stamped images from Valentine Defined, and die cut letters. The lower right corner is a place for my journaling, and I jazzed it up with the Love Impressions Rub-Ons. It is easy to make great looking projects with coordinating products from Stampin' Up!
Stampin' Up! Supplies:
STAMPS: Valentine Defined (123057 clear mount or 121941 wood)
CARDSTOCK: Basic Gray (121044), Whisper White (100730)
INK: Real Red (103133)
ACCESSORIES: Love Impressions DSP (121780), Love Impressions Rub-Ons (121886), REd Glimmer Paper (121790), Heart to Heart punch (), Big Shot Die Cutting Machine (113439), Framed Tulips Embossing Folder (121809), Timeless Type Junior Alphabet Sizzlits Dies (115951)
